– Within the United States: Free shipping on all orders.

– Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday to Friday.

– Last Order Time: 22:00 (GMT+01:00, Stockholm)

– Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.

TRANSIT TIME

– Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday.

– Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

– Total Delivery Time: It will take a total of 6-9 business days to receive your order.

MISSING ITEMS PROCEDURE

– Please report any missing items to support@alpacadirect.uk within 7 days of receiving your order.

– Customers are responsible for tracking their delivery and ensuring availability at the delivery address. Parcels may be delivered without signature and left in a safe place with photographic proof.

– Alpaca Direct cannot be held responsible for theft or loss once a parcel is confirmed as delivered.

RETURN POLICY

– Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of DELIVERY DATE.

– Conditions for Returns: Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Personalized items cannot be returned.

– Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or not as described. In such cases, Alpaca Direct will cover the return shipping costs.

– Refund: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return and are refunded to the original payment method.

RESTOCKING FEE

– No Restocking Fee: Alpaca Direct does not charge a restocking fee for any returns.

RETURN DELIVERY COSTS

– For Defective Products: No cost to the customer. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way.

– For Customer Remorse: The actual cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer purchased the wrong product, the item does not fit, or they no longer want the item.
